Do you have something that you have wanted or needed to do for ages because doing it will actually benefit you in some way? Well I had something that I have been meaning to sort it for ages and it was even something that saved me money!
It made me realise how this had built up as mental clutter and that I could of actually done this thing a couple of months ago because the relief I experienced when I actually did it felt sooo good (not to mention the savings that I made!).
So if you have something today that is going round and round your mind that you know would feel so much better if it was out of your head, make a plan today to just go and do it!
Even if you can’t physically have that meeting, phone that person, do that paperwork etc right this minute – at the very least make a plan to get it done and then set a definite date within the next week that you are going to get it done.
You will feel so much better for it!
