This is my money story that I wrote several months ago and it was a very therapeutic and empowering experience to really take the time to focus on just how much abundance I truly have in my life. This has been edited a little as it is personal to me but you will notice that there is no mention of lack or scarcity throughout. This is intentional and you should be reading my money story and your own and stop and say ‘wow how lucky she is / I am’. That is the point of your new money story. It transcends any previous perceived reality and creates a whole new one.
It takes a conscious effort to focus on abundance over lack but it can be easy if you let it be this way. Just choose to focus on abundance whilst you are writing your story and let the light shine on those parts of your life that make you feel truly blessed.
To really make this new story stick, read it often and add to it when you feel inspired to. Make it your own and make it your reality…
My Money StoryLife has always been full of abundance. From when I was very little, my parents always had everything they needed and more. My childhood was happy, healthy, loving and I was always well provided for.
As I grew up I saw how my parents managed their money so well. They saved easily and as time went by, they treated us to things like paying some of my car for example – whilst still ensuring that we learned how to pay our own way, earn our own money and have a healthy respect for it.
When I was 25 I wanted my own home. I easily manifested the perfect flat at the perfect price to match the mortgage that I was approved for. I had everything I needed to buy my lovely first home and it all fell into place so easily and effortlessly.
In fact when I look back over my life, so many things have fallen into place like that. Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps at the synchronicity and alignment that has taken place and the magical manifestations that have provided me with everything I need when I need it. It’s amazing!
I loved my independence and having my own home. I had learned great money habits from my parents so I found it easily to manage my money so that everything was managed and paid for.
When I first met my husband and he moved in with me, we really enjoyed having the freedom and money we needed to do what we wanted and to enjoy life. Socialising, holidays, long relaxed weekends…. life was good and we always had more than enough money to do everything we wanted as well as ensuring all our commitments were met, bills paid in full and that we had savings in the bank.
When we decided we wanted a house, the universe lined everything up for us perfectly as usual. We easily got a mortgage and our house was well under the market price compared to all the other homes in the area – we fell firmly on our feet as usual.
Life is great. Always plenty of money to do what we want – house renovations, new flooring, painting, furniture. Our house always looks fresh and homely. I love it and we are so lucky to have everything that we need and plenty more on top.
When we decided to become a family, everyone and everything was lined up perfectly for us as usual – we had all the support we needed including the money to transition easily from a couple to a family. My redundancy was a blessing in disguise and gave me the opportunity to become a stay at home mum for a couple of years. It was amazing how we were supported and money would just seem to appear out of the clear blue whenever we needed it.
Life is good. We are abundant and blessed. Money is our friend and we always have everything we need and more to lead a happy, healthy and abundant life.
Now we are organised, respect our money, are excellent savers and love finding ways to budget in a way that supports our every need and more.
Thank you universe for our abundance which we see in so many ways, every minute of the day. I can’t wait to see where the next windfall will come from and how much we will enjoy it. It is so exciting when even more money comes to us in the most joyful and unexpected ways.
Life is good. Thank you.
Now what is your new money story. Make it a good one and if you want to share any of it in the comments below, I would love to read it!
